Notice to Mariners

*No. 1 Starboard Lateral Marker*

No. 1 starboard lateral marker is off station and ashore on Blakeney point.

All vessels should avoid entering Blakeney Harbour until further notice, especially at night.

If entering the following pilotage should be observed to navigate across the bar.

From Fairway Marker follow a bearing of 175*T for 0.4NM until due east of starboard lateral marker #3. Then follow a bearing of 270*T towards starboard lateral marker #3.

After this all-lateral marker’s positions are valid and can be followed visually.
