Weather
The Blakeney Harbour Association has now re-located its weather station from Blakeney Quay to the top of the South Sands beacon on the South side of the harbour, opposite the Old Lifeboat House. This is a very exposed position which enables the weather station to record wind strength and direction without any interference from the surroundings. The purchase of this equipment has been funded by a generous donation from a BHA member.
The information from this weather station - see live feeds and forecast below - relates to wind direction, wind speed, and temperature, both current and historical. The full range of data can be accessed online from either: Holfuy or Windguru. For forecast information, use Windguru.
